Terms & Conditions
All the prices of the items proposed by GODANAA are expressed in Euro, VAT, customs fees and transport costs excluded, e refer exclusively to purchases made via the Internet.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
Transport costs are variable because they depend on the quantity, weight and size of the goods. During the purchase phase, check the data for shipping as subsequent changes of destination will not be accepted. Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to view the outer packaging. If this presents alterations, the goods must be accepted with RESERVE OF CONTROL and communicated immediately. Photos are required to view any damage. If the above instructions are not followed, Godanaa will not be liable for any damage found.
SHIPMENT
The shipment is made by express courier (all products are packaged by the parent company with guarantee seals). We can ship all over the world very quickly. The cost of shipping is communicated with our order confirmation based on the destination and the total weight of the goods. You can also pick up the products at our factory.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made at the time of the online order by the Customer. At no time, the sums paid cannot be considered as installments or advances. All orders are payable in euros. To pay for the order, the customer has four two payment options (see details below): Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

The payment by the Customer can be made by credit card, a simple and safe means for online purchases. Godanaa accepts all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Make the payment to the following bank account number, please note that the goods will be shipped after being credited.

WARRANTY
For all products offered by GODANAA, the legal guarantees and the terms of guarantee of GODANAA apply. The photos of the goods that GODANAA shows on its site have the sole purpose of promoting the recognition of the product by the Customer. The essential characteristics of the products are presented by GODANAA within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products that GODANAA offers for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. The colors and finishes shown on the site are therefore to be considered indicative.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
GODANAA reserves the right to cancel an order even if confirmed by the system and already paid by the customer if there are anomalies in the calculation of the shipment (abroad) or there are obvious price errors or in the case of excessive delay in the supply of raw materials from part of the supplier companies. The customer will be refunded the amount paid without any additional charge.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS - REFUNDS
1. The Purchaser has in any case the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
2. If the Purchaser decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, GODANAA must notify this by e-mail to info@godanaa.com. For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication may validly be replaced by the return of the purchased good, provided that it is within the same terms. The date of delivery to the post office or to the forwarder will be valid between the parties.
3. The return of the goods must in any case take place at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and, in any case, in a normal state of conservation, unused and in its original packaging without writing, stickers or labels placed on it.
4. The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier, unless the Supplier agrees to pay them.
5. The Supplier will refund the entire amount paid by the buyer free of charge within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. Payments made by bank transfer, deduction or reduced VAT cannot be fully refunded. A discount voucher can be issued for the entire amount paid. In any case, the buyer can recall the transfer.
6. With the receipt of the communication with which the Purchaser communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from their mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of the previous points of this article.
7. The buyer is required to check the ordered goods at the same time as he received them. Complaints for damaged, non-functional, scratched, broken, damaged goods or in unsuitable conditions for the new product, must be communicated within 24 (twenty-four) working hours from the day following receipt of the goods, by email to info@godanaa.com with photos of the damaged products attached.
METHOD OF USE
GODANAA declines all responsibility in case of improper use of the products or incorrect installation. GODANAA cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by the Customer due to incorrect or improper use of the product or incorrect installation.
