What precautions should I use when I clean Godanaa products?
Despite its qualities, there are specifics to the cleaning of stainless steel: it is important never to use scouring pads to avoid scratch the surfaces; detergents should not be sprayed directly on the surfaces, but on a soft cloth used for cleaning; surfaces should be rinsed well to remove all leftover traces of detergent.
We strongly advise against the use of any detergent containing hydrochloric acid and bleach.

What payment methods can I use?
Godanaa offers its customers online payment conditions with the guarantee of maximum security, as follows:

What are the delivery times?
In order to obtain the best possible quality, the finishes and assembly of all Godanaa products are made with artisan work following a previous industrial process: in some cases the whole process can take up to 8-10 weeks. To guarantee faster delivery times (1 or 2 weeks), Godanaa keeps most of the products in stock. The delivery time will be indicated on your order confirmation.
When will my payment be charged?
Following our order confirmation, you can pay the order total with a bank transfer or with your credit card.
Is it possible to return products?
You can return our products within 14 days without giving any reason. The value of the goods will be reimbursed in full, while the return shipping costs will remain at your expense.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are quoted on the order confirmation.
Godanaa products are delivered to the address specified by the customer, using the best international couriers. Should you have a courier of preference, please specify it in your quotation request: we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and country of destination, and will be clearly stated on the order confirmation
Any payment of customs duties is managed professionally and reliably by our shipping companies.
What is the packaging of the shipment?
Our aim is to ensure the safety of the goods shipped, in order to avoid accidental damage: all products are packaged with the utmost care.
What happens if I receive damaged products?
Contact our Customer Service by e-mail, attaching a photo of the damaged product.
Once the damage claim is settled, you can choose if to receive a new product or a full refund.
